Dr. Nikki

Dr. Nikki is a veteran educator of twenty-six years. She has served in various roles in the field of education. She teaches teachers and administrators how to educate well. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and Union University with a Master of Education. She holds a doctorate in Leadership and Policy Studies with an Emphasis on Servant Leadership. Throughout her professional and ministerial career, she has developed and authored curriculum & training materials, community outreach programs, and grants. She has also conducted grant management. She is most grateful for having the opportunity to train and develop leaders. Dr. Nikki has appeared on local news shows and Christian television programs, as well as hosting her own television program, “Created to Be by His Side,” where she featured ministries and businesses of local leading ladies. Dr. Domeniek Harris is excited to have authored her first book, The Power of Process. She has also co-authored a devotional with Chosen Books, ” With God I Always Have Hope”. She is eagerly awaiting the release of her new book.

Dr. Nikki passionately loves her husband and dotes on both of her greatest gifts, daughter Briana, and her son Jeremiah. My children have helped me develop strength of character and have taught me how to love unconditionally and without restraint. Dr. Nikki adores coaching women and helping them build their capacity for leadership. Her most joyous opportunities are when she gets to build leaders inside of the “little women ” because they are the next presidents of companies and countries. Most importantly, her faith feeds and fuels her in every facet of life.
